Patricia Lewis was born on February 21, 1974, in Wood County, to Dorothy Grant and Sam Williams. She entered eternal rest on September 25, 2020 in Dallas, TX.

Patricia was a 1992 graduate of Mineola High School and attended Freeman Chapel Church while residing in Mineola, Tx.

Patricia Lewis is preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Grant; father, Sam Williams; brother, Mikel Lewis and special aunt, Everredia Grant.

She leaves to cherish her memories; children, a sister, a brother, an aunt, a niece and cousins.
