Obituary

Ronald Wayne Harris was born on February 9, 1954 in Mineola, Texas to Noble and Gladys Harris. Ronald passed away on January 29, 2018 in Dallas, Texas. He was proceeded in death by his father Noble Harris Sr., granddaughter Deja Lyons, niece Narsha Radford, and special friend Tonya Walton.

Ronald attended primary school in Shreveport, Louisiana and secondary school in Mineola, Texas, where he graduated from Mineola High School in 1972. While at Mineola High school he was a member of the tennis team. He attended Tyler Jr. College before enlisting in the United States Army. During his tour of duty in the Army he was stationed at Red Stone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama and Wurzburg, Germany.

Ronald was baptized at the Mt. Canna Baptist Church in Shreveport, Louisiana. After moving back to Mineola, he united with St. Paul Baptist Church.
